Paul Ryan - "Donald Trump is a unconventional president."

Lyin Ryan said this in response to Thump's tweets about President Obama tapping his phone.

Jimmy Carter was an unconventional president. He carried his own luggage and eschewed Hail to The Chief because he thought it was pompous.

Thump is an inveterate liar.

It is deceitful and dishonest. It is misleading and divisive.

It is a lot of things but I would not call it "unconventional". What conventional rules accept lying as a norm of any kind?
