But did you know that even as President Donald Trump promised to create jobs by following “two simple rules: Buy American and hire American” in his January inauguration speech, huge shipments of his daughter’s line were reportedly on the way to the U.S. from China?

In one breath, he says buying American and hiring American will create more jobs. In the next, his own company hired foreign and buys Chinese. In one breath, he brags about all the jobs that were created. In the next, he fires government employees like it's a bodily function. In one breath he brags about the American economy and how well it's doing. In the next, he signs a travel ban that destroys the US tourism industry as we know it, and will cause untold damage in the long run. It's the ultimate GOP hypocrisy. And in short, they don't care, because they have the Magic R next to their name.

not filling gov't positions or even just wiping out the entire cabinet if he so chooses. That is a lot of folks who will be looking in the private sector for jobs which creates competition for what jobs are out there.
