Looking at the states that expanded Medicaid under Obamacare, we could certainly form a Western

Medical Group to include AK, WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, CO, NM, and MT. That should be a big enough market for us to be able to have a really good single payer plan at a reasonable cost. So, if the GOP is successful and block grants money to the states, we all get together and create our own single payer group and we all take care of each other.

The GOP really does hate the citizens of this country except for the very very rich. It's so sad.

Of course, it looks like good ol' Idaho and Wyoming* are missing from that block (what a surprise)...but this would be an excellent opportunity for them to learn something about shared responsibility as opposed to Rugged Individualism.

* Utah already knows about shared responsibility...as long as you're Mormon.

about it but those states that do want to cover their citizens should get together.
