The fliers include a link to the website of Vanguard America, a group associated with the white supremacy movement. Leaders of the group weren’t immediately available for comment. The group was also linked to flier-posting incidents at the university in December.

In a “manifesto” on its website, the group writes: “Our America is to be a nation exclusively for the White American peoples who out of the barren hills, empty plains, and vast mountains forged the most powerful nation to ever have existed; it is logical that America must be once again built from the ground up to recapture the glory an Aryan nation deserves.”

4. I received racist anti-muslim propaganda on my car the other day

9 or so color printed pages of Hate put on my windshield because I have the audacity to want all people to coexist (Yes, I have that COEXIST sticker on my car, which now apparently makes me a target).

It made me so angry.... I didn't even look at it after I read this far: YOU CAN'T COEXIST WITH PEOPLE THAT WANT TO KILL YOU.

I read that and then ripped the rest of it up and threw it away without even reading it.

I interact with Muslims throughout my day. A couple co-workers, one who I would even call my friend. She is one of the sweetest people in the office. Then there are other businesses like the gas station, or restaurants where I interact with all kinds of people, and I'm sure many are Muslim, Christian, Atheists, Seiks, Buddhists.... Not once in my life has any one of them ever given me even the inkling that they wanted to kill me. Well maybe some of these crazy right wing 'so-called' christians. They do scare me.

I'm actually more afraid of whoever put that filth on my car. Will my tires be slashed when I get to it after work today?

I refuse to remove my sticker. I believe in that sentiment even stronger now.

U of MD is my alma mater. I have to say I never saw anything like this when I was there, but that was way before a so-called president of the U.S. gave permission to say things in public that used to be (mostly) considered horrible. At least the university is investigating this trash.
