could be anything Drumpf, Kellyanne and Spicey say it is: a camera in the microwave, a private investigator with a recording device, a little kid with a glass against the wall, listening in.

A cellphone has no wires. If you're using a cellphone nobody can "tap" your "wires".
Why doesn't the idiot POTUS stop making these idiotic statements?

If you don't want people listening to your conversations, that's another story.

First of all, get rid of the cellphone because potentially ANYBODY can listen in.

As I understand it.

Wire Tapping goes back to the early telephone when cops would physical splice into a telephone land line in order to listen into the calls real time.

Bugs or listening devices are of course microphones hidden in a room and I guess a phone so that you can listen in on a room or phone conversation.

Surveillance is a more general term that would include not only audio recording wire taps, bugs, or eavesdropping but following targets around and watching what they do.

Then is getting a list of phone numbers that make calls to another but I don't think that is called wire tap.

I am sure there are all kinds of other things you can do in surveillance, laser microphones, lip reading who knows what else.

When Donnie writes wire tapp I think he know exactly what he was talking about he meant that Obama had ordered someone to illegally listen into the Trump Phallus.

I also doubt that someone who is as rich and batshit paranoid as him does not have his security goons check his living spaces for transmitters.

So I think he meant Obama had someone listening into phone calls into and from Trump Phallus.
