And then a news article* regarding the installation timeline of THAAD in S Korea... indicates that the defense system will be fully operational by this summer....

which means KimJ / NK has about a 60 day window to launch any attacks before SKorea/Japan's best hope for protection (THAAD) Is presumably fully functional .....
