This has to be the best trump* voter quote about cutting 'Meals on Wheels', ever

When asked if she was surprised about hearing that trump* wants to cut the program, Linda Preast said the following:

“Yeah,” Preast said. “Because he was told- I was under the influence that he was going to help us.”
.....

I have long suspected that many trump* voters were under the influence of something, so I guess this is my confirmation.

the least. Milo, the former darling of the alt right who fell from grace after appearing to advocate pedophilia, has been disgraced now. Before, when he'd give talks filled with racism and misogyny, start riots on campuses and send his minions on Twitter and elsewhere to attack anyone he didn't like with attacks filled with hideous racism and misogyny, would say "Daddy will fix everything" whenever he mentioned Trump.

who said that all the donations and volunteers that MOW has gotten since the funding cut announcement just proves they don't really need tax payer's money.

I'm just pointing out the right winger's logic. Meals On Wheels is just one of hundreds of organizations that benefit from Community Development Block Grants. It may be able to fill the gap but many others won't.

They have this really nasty habit of not looking beneath the surface of any issue. Kind of like their attitude that since it snowed out, that's proof that global warming is a fallacy.

Superficial is as superficial does.
