Let's ignore margin of error to point out that people are reactionary. When Trump does something stupid, his poll # will hit rock bottom. Then, they start to come back as the public forgets. I see no point of the constant polling that the media does these days. They only show a snapshot of peoples' ephemeral feelings, not an overall trend.

If you want a real trend, take average poll numbers by month.

Trump has never had positive approval numbers.
Never been over 50% in all his time running and in office.

So no he won't be at 52%.

Most presidents are hovering in the +60% range two months into their first term. Trump is an international catastrophe.

even for him. Lowest approval rating and highest disapproval rating of his presidency. This is encouraging: seems as if more folks are finally catching on. Look for a tweet storm/distraction tactic on the morrow.
