There are actually two tenders out for border walls ( I think you guys call them solicitations):

1. Solid Concrete Border Wall

The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection hereby provides the attached Request for Proposal for offers to be submitted for a Other Border Wall. See the attached document for complete instructions on how to submit a full proposal. This is an unrestricted procurement.

A wonderwall, in fact.

Tens of thousands of bagpipers will be deployed along the southern border playing Wonderwall continuously on Asturian bagpipes. I dare say this wall will be impenetrable.
