The dots we need to connect to establish Trump - Russian collusion.

Comey would only commit that Russia hated Hillary Clinton, and by default favored Trump. What he didn't say was that Russia favored Trump BECAUSE Trump, and his hand-picked cabinet members, would advanced Russian interests due to their private business ties.

In other words, there was a favorable business relationship that they all could capitalize on, if Trump won. Indeed, every move and decision that Trump has made since winning the election, not only appears to be a repayment to Russia for their help, but also strategic positioning of friendlies that can exploit and profit from this relationship.

Tit for Tat. What we're looking for is a smoking gun that will show a meeting of the minds.

Will likely be the "Advice" provided by Richard Burt to the Campaign (Sessions particularly) and to an unnamed "Think Tank" (Council for National Policy probably) regarding Foreign Policy and National Security council Organizational Structure....

He & Kissinger also were prominent sources of 'personnel suggestions' to the campaign ....

Both are part of the Center for the National Interest

Hell, Kissinger just might be the actual messenger between Putin and Trump ... if there was a formal offer & acceptance (agreement) directly between T&P....

Burt represents LetterOne (Alfa bank & Alfa Group)
Mikail Fridman
German Khan
Alexey Kuzmichev

Who along with Renova Group (Viktor Vekelsberg)
And Access (Len Blavatnik)
Sold their part of TNK-BP to Rosneft ...

Petr Aven of LetterOne vowed to invest $3bn in US Healthcare.. for some reason
And invested $200m in Uber

Peter Peterson of the Center for National Interest is partners with Schwarzman (Blackstone)
Schwarzman was on the Advisory Board of the Russian Development Investment Fund and
The GSO Capital division of Blackstone is partners with INTESSA SanPaolo bank who hold the note on the 19.5% of Rosneft shares recently sold...

Richard Burt & Kissinger & various others at Center for the National Interest seem to be at the hub of the connections amongst all players....

I do not think the full 19.5 % is for Trump... I think it is intended to be parceled out to key players once sanctions are gone.....
But there are plenty of other possibilities for pay/play transactions.....
As the Think Tank "Council for National Policy" links all of the CNI folks to Mercers $$$$ Bannon Conway .... which also links to Renaissance/ Medallion / Cambridge Analytica......

I just hope we can shake a few trees out here in the blogosphere to come up with information that might have been missed, or is the result of someone talking.
