If there is agreement among Americans that the FBI office, and its director, interfered inappropriately in Clinton's campaign in the weeks before the election, is it reasonable to consider that this appearance of impropriety by the FBI warrants that the FBI is not in the best position to continue with the investigation between Trump and Russia. Would you agree that perhaps an independent special prosecutor is more appropriate?
