Do you think the GOP will impeach and convict Trump if a smoking gun is found?

Today's Comey hearing proved the GOP is so far up 45's ass that they need oxygen tanks to breathe.

but I think being isolated in the WH and having his claque like the one he's relying on in KY tonight disappear will cause him to resign.

He'll be ready for a rubber room when that happens.

Why would they pay attention to a mere smoking gun? LOL

Complete double standard when it comes to the GOP. For Hillary the smoking gun was innuendo. For their good old boy, it needs to come in the form of a confession signed in duplicate and notarized by five signatories.

So many of them are in on it, in my opinion, that they will simply drop pretense and declare a dictatorship.

They are already trying to spin that Paul Manafort (the campaign chairman) had a very insignificant role in the campaign... that he was chairman of.

They will truly do and say anything.

They believe the members of the Democratic party are pure evil and therefore it is okay to lie to them, cheat them, and steal from them. They believe we are nothing and so they treat us like the sub-humans they believe we are.

They would not convict Trump even if he murdered someone... as long as it was a Democrat.

No matter how many bombshells drop, they're addicted to wealth and power, and they won't give up their precious fucking majority easily. The only way for these criminals to be stopped is through violence, and fear that it may come to that.

that they will never acknowledge wrong doing by Trump.
They will lie, devert, and attack to defend him.

By which I mean incontrovertible evidence that Trump himself actively and intentionally engaged in conduct unquestionably amounting to a high crime or misdemeanor. The evidence has to be so compelling that the Republicans in the House would lose all credibility by not impeaching.
