directly relate to the amount of influence held by those around him. The more the influence, the less the chance.
However, I have little doubt that the Don has huge confidence in his ability to finesse it. It would be his downfall, I'm sure.

When he is under oath, he goes into this mode where he can barely read or write anything due to his vision. But I'm almost certain that he cannot resist lying, even if under oath.
