They never spend the night together ever

“Melania,” a family source alleges in the new issue of Us Weekly, “does not keep hidden from everyone around her how miserable she is”… even on the rare occasions when they sleep in the same city. “They have separate bedrooms,” says another Trump insider. “They never spend the night together — ever”…Upset with the former reality star for trapping her in a life she despises, “Melania wants as little to do with Donald as possible,” explains the family source.

Once the obligatory photo op was complete, she, Donald and their 11-year-old son, Barron, boarded Marine One, POTUS’ helicopter, which whisked them away to their Palm Beach, Florida, estate, Mar-a-Lago. Aboard the chopper — and away from the public eye — Melania dropped the act. And Donald’s hand. “Melania,” a family source alleges in the new issue of Us Weekly, “does not keep hidden from everyone around her how miserable she is.”

That includes the president himself. Multiple sources claim that the former fashion model — who’s currently living 200 miles away from Washington, D.C., in NYC’s Trump Tower while Barron finishes the school year — refuses to share a bed with Donald even on the rare occasions when they sleep in the same city. “They have separate bedrooms,” says another Trump insider. “They never spend the night together — ever.” (A third source says the couple do sleep in the same room but keep separate beds: “It’s very ‘royal’ of them!”)

Upset with the former reality star for trapping her in a life she despises, “Melania wants as little to do with Donald as possible,” explains the family source. “She is not interested in Donald, the presidency or anything involving him.” A rep for Melania denies the claims telling Us, "It’s unfortunate that you are going to feature unnamed 'sources' that have provided fictional accounts."

There's an old saying about an unwelcome relative ahowing up and being treated "like the bastard at a family picnic." Ivana's offspring are a primary unit -- no others need apply.

I wonder (based on fleeting items of gossip) whether Marla's alimony only lasted untl Tiffany was out of college, or age 21, or the like. Tiffany may be hoping for a good job in the family empire, but I wonder if it will ever be forthcoming or if she is getting played like so many other Trump job applicants have been.

During the RNC I felt that of all of them, Tiffany should learn to count her blessings that she was raised 3,000 miles away from that nest of vipers. For her sake I hope so.

Ever visit palaces turned museums in Europe? One of the first things the extremely rich and powerful men did was decamp to their own bedrooms. It made affiars much easier to have and the wife was usually happy with the arrangement since she could get a good night's sleep without listening to him snore or getting stabbed by his toenails.

This doesn't surprise me at all.

38. Honestly this was standard even when you DID have a "love match" (I am not talking about Trump!)
Wed Mar 22, 2017, 04:09 PM
Mar 2017

It was the standard for centuries for many reasons, even with "love matches," including standard palace and castle security, and honestly it wasn't a recent phenomenon or just for affairs (hell the flagrant kings had their own entire palaces with their official and not-official mistresses -- see Louis XV who actually bankrupted France and left his hapless grandson to take the fall for his incessant womanizing and flagrant spending. Everyone including his wife and their husbands knew about every single one of his royal mistresses -- such as the famous Madame Pompadour who was very powerful politically).

Queens and aristocratic wives had their own affairs too of course -- generally this wasn't frowned upon UNLESS it was seen as a political move to undermine the king, as it was (and worked) in certain famous cases, or if the King decided to act like this was a problem for another reason (Henry VIII's lies about my namesake Queen Anne Boleyn having multiple affairs including with her own brother (ridiculous), which under Tudor law justified her execution based on treason -- oh and they accused her of witchcraft as well -- most historians think that Anne never had any affairs while they were married. She likely had an affair (she was not married; Wyatt was) earlier in her life with the famous Tudor poet Thomas Wyatt. He was accused but not convicted in the trial of Anne. He couldn't believe that he wasn't executed).

Sorry to drone on. I'm a medievalist (well Med/Ren), and I always fall into this habit!

Of course none of this applies to the traitor to Russia. He is no aristocrat, and I hope Melania escapes as soon as possible. Trump barely even acknowledges Barron. That kid is going to have things to say about Daddy.

But if the Enquirer owns US magazine, this would be a dramatic departure from their usual fawning coverage of President Trump. Purely anecdotal, but every week or so when I'm in the checkout line at the market, I scan the headlines on the trashloids. I first noticed that Trump got good headlines back in December or so, which I thought unusual, because these papers routinely trash everyone. So I started checking back each time.

No bad Trump headlines. Ever. None.

If US magazine is owned by the Enquirer, a story critical of the Trumps would be a big departure from their usual strain of reporting. If the trashloids start slagging on Trump, it will signal a sea change in conservative attitude toward Glorious Leader.

I've known that throughout the primaries and subsequent elections, so I wasn't surprised by all the Hillary and Bill hit jobs on their covers during the election. Afterwards, I was wondering what the Enquirer was going to do now that they didn't have Hillary and Bill to kick around. They still do articles on both of them, though not quite as many as they did prior to the election. Also, they have had a couple of stories on Trump on the cover since the election, though they were light on substance. My guess was that Trump likes publicity and will take his picture on the cover of a publication wherever he can get it.

Also, there's reason to believe that SHE trapped him, because she was pregnant when they got married. He told that story on the Howard Stern Show.

I have no empathy for her because not only did she know what she was getting before hand; after all the man was known for his adulterous affairs and also, for his prenup agreements which stiffed his previous ex-wives. These type of women always think that their pu$$y is made of gold only to find out their's is just like all the rest, nothing special. Or like a certain talk show host used to say, "you are just a warm place to put it".

Also, during their trip to Mar-a-Lago last week, her parents went with them. One of the commentators called attention to the fact that the couple who had just come off the plane and got into the secret service vehicle was Melania's parents. They were dressed like they were Hollywood celebrities, and were waving to the crowd as they approached their vehicle and got in. I thought to myself, they look like they've done this before.
