One CRITICAL example is his "non-delegation doctrine." Trump needs an ally to destroy the federal agencies that protect our financial system, consumers, the environment, voting rights, civil rights... on and on. And Gorsuch is the guy to make it happen. He subscribes to a ‘nondelegation doctrine’ t that constrains the ability of
federal agencies to carry out their statutory missions. Even Scalia rejected this.
