Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) headed to the White House on Friday afternoon to brief President Trump on the status of the ObamaCare repeal bill just hours before a pivotal House vote.

The bill, titled the American Health Care Act, is facing stiff resistance from both conservative and moderate Republican lawmakers.

GOP leaders are struggling to assemble enough votes to pass the measure, and if Friday’s afternoon’s vote fails, it would be a major blow to both Ryan and Trump.
