Is Paul Ryan's seat safe
in 2018? Looking at Ballotpedia, I can see that he's won pretty handily and has been helped by recent gerrymandering. But his record is not outstanding, unemployment in his district is 9.7% , and the district is 12% minorities (Black, Asian and Hispanic). There might be something to work with there. What about it, Wisconsinites?
