They seem to be bringing up Hillary and Uranium as a Panacea to 45's Russian problem

They are conflating. They are desperate. Tell them that Hillary could never sell uranium all by herself. Tell them the Clinton Foundation is leading the charge to CURE AIDS and Trump already pleaded guilty to some sort of fraud regarding his foundation.

Add anything you think should be added here...we democrats may not have a disciplined message (aside: HOW many nicknames for Twiter are there?) but since they repeat the same thing ad nauseum, we can at least have a rapid response to that shit.

Fuck these motherfuckers. They enabled a coup and they stole the election.

as though it has anything to do with anything else, but it is how they are trying to frame the narrative.

it's like the right is says "You bastards! How dare you cohort yourself with foreign officials that do something as nefarious as donating millions of dollars to fight AIDS! Pure evil!

Even if everything they said about her was true (it isn't) at the end of the day she'd be what? Someone who uses political corruption to improve the lives of millions of people around the world with charitable aid?... Yeah... sounds terrible

5. About Hillary selling the uranium ...

From snopes:

The Uranium One deal was not Clinton’s to veto or approve

Among the ways these accusations stray from the facts is in attributing a power of veto or approval to Secretary Clinton that she simply did not have. Clinton was one of nine cabinet members and department heads that sit on the CFIUS, and the secretary of the treasury is its chairperson. CFIUS members are collectively charged with evaluating the transaction for potential national security issues, then turning their findings over to the president. By law, the committee can’t veto a transaction; only the president can. According to The New York Times, Clinton may not have even directly participated in the Uranium One decision. Then-Assistant Secretary of State Jose Fernandez, whose job it was to represent the State Dept. on CFIUS, said Clinton herself “never intervened” in committee matters.

The timing of most of the donations does not match

Of the $145 million allegedly contributed to the Clinton Foundation by Uranium One investors, the lion’s share — $131.3 million — came from a single donor, Frank Giustra, the company’s founder. But Giustra sold off his entire stake in the company in 2007, three years before the Russia deal and at least 18 months before Clinton became secretary of state.

"The Uranium One deal was not Clinton’s to veto or approve". As Secretary of State she simply didn't have that kind of power.

IME for most people the more simple and direct an answer is, the better a chance it has of being heard, understood and remembered.

As if it has anything to do with Trump's corruption and horrible agenda.

Yes, Hillary Clinton negotiated a multi-billion dollar uranium deal with the Russians all by herself. BULLSHIT!

Neither Uranium One nor ARMZ [the Russian firm] holds an NRC export license, so no uranium produced at either facility may be exported,” the NRC said. (Some uranium yellowcake is extracted, processed in Canada and returned to the United States.)

Also,
In 2010, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States approved the sale of the majority of the shares to the Russians. The State Department was one of nine agencies on the committee that approved the deal. The deal was also separately approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
