Do you think Nunes was asked to come to the White House or that he went on his own?

Either way, they are conspiring to deceive the American public.

Do you trust Donald Trump more than you trust Devin Nunes?

If Trump invited Nunes to the White House, what did he want from him?

If Nunes went to the White House on his own, what evidence did he have to tell Trump about?

Or did they develop a scheme to shut down the investigation in the House?

If they did discuss shutting down the investigation, is that part of a cover-up?

If Manafort, Stone, and Page volunteer to testify before the House Committee, how can they do that if there is no Committee?

Nunnes is a stupid man, unable to see ahead the consequences of his acrions. Self-serving. I think he owns a winery and sells his wine into a Russian distributor. So he is into the taint of Russian rubles. He was smart, rather than stupid, he would have realized how insulted the Dems on his committee would be. He would have realized how his actions looked to the average fair-minded person. But he's stupid, self-serving, uncaring about ethics and integrity.

Also, it must have been urgent?

But, no one should automatically believe his explanation. He is not going to make a secret, hurried trip to the White House, talk with Donald Trump about it, and then come before the cameras and tell the truth about it. It ain't gonna happen.

Rep. Devin Nunes on Wednesday took the extraordinary step of providing confidential and possibly classified information about an ongoing investigation, first to Speaker Paul Ryan and President Trump — and then in two separate press conferences.

He did this rather than keeping in the loop the bipartisan members of his own committee, with whom he is ostensibly conducting a highly sensitive investigation.

we don't know what's in it. I've even seen some speculation that it came from someone on Trump's staff to somewhat provide cover for Trump's claim of being wiretapped. Trump has already made a statement that he feels somewhat vindicated.

What I do know is I want an independent, nonpartisan Committee to investigate this.

Pay attention to the twitter bots and how they are spinning the collusion investigation. Search Nunes on Twitter. They are building a false narrative of Obama spying on Republicans, starting with trump's tweets, a concerted defensive strategy that Nunes has a role in. Yes, it is treasonous, but that is their game plan, get the evidence thrown out as Obama's crime.

The fear was palpable. He rambled, contradicted himself, and sweat like a Trump factory worker during his press conferences.

He even had to do a 180 2 days later regarding his all-over-the-place allegations, since the record he established was damning to the President.

When the truth finally comes out, Nunes' actions will no longer be inexplicable. We will be reminded of it and all of us will have our AHA! moment.

The boss did not bother to get the ultra secure phone like his predecessor. Coming from the intelligence community he did not trust it. Why bother when you have a pretty good idea you will be caught anyway? Being a smart guy the last guy in the office is bound to have figured out how the Deep State worked and cooperated. That is why Trump wants to pin the IC or Deep State on Obama as the idiot Spicer did openly by name at a Press Conference. Trump and company are amateurs facing professionals. This is an ongoing war one side may have won some advantages the other tribe is bound to come back.

Someone he sees as an elder repug (Bannon or Rudy G) called him and created a sense of urgency...

Most likely the phone call set it up so that
Nu-Nu truly thought he was being let in on a bombshell discovery

Which was
Probably cited as originating from a NY based source of intelligence data

Nu-Nu was likely TOLD something along the lines of FISA... Incidental Collection...Trump Transition Team Members.... lots of data.... Your name (Nu-Nu) was unmasked .... thats why we are calling you.... because this data is being widely circulated... blah blah blah

He may have been instucted to go straight to Ryan (as the proper process -- but really just to get Ryan on record as involved so he will be less inclined to support investigations)
& to make sure the media is involved to report it...

As anticipated, Nu-Nu genuinely freaked.... ran to Ryan ... who said gtfo -- go bother the WH with your nonsense.

45 already new the game plan ... and was expecting Nu-Nu....

Nu-Nu got to think he was a real important guy ... for about 30 minutes until everyone pointed to him & said "what a dumbfuck".......
