Mark Meadows NOT ready to quit Obamacare repeal after 7 years of Republicans accomplishing jack SHIT

U.S. Republican Meadows says not given up on healthcare overhaul

U.S. Representative Mark Meadows, chairman of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, said on Sunday that he had not given up on reviving a Republican plan to repeal Obamacare before moving on to tax reform.

"I fully expect that what we're going to see is not only a real tax reform but other measures that come along. And I still believe that there is a good chance, if moderates and conservatives can come together, that we repeal and replace Obamacare, bring premiums down, cover more people," Meadows said in an interview on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos."

Yeah, the Freedom Caucus, who sank this, because the bill wasn't severe enough. Miles Archer Mar 2017 #6

They sank it primarily because the wanted no compromise. They wanted everything they viewed as an "entitlement" gutted, wich was...pretty much everything.

look "moderate."

And of course, what Meadows means by "coming together" is "agreeing with us." After the barrage of criticism the first version received, good luck with that, dude!

they NEED this meme to keep their knuckle dragging base inflamed. The abortion meme has not worked as well, because so many of their base is racist also; Obamacare fits all their campaigning needs much better. That's why they attached Obama's name to it; the rubes eat it up

They ALWAYS let these bastards skate on that "replace" part of the dog and pony show. I wouldn't give them another second of air time until they list in DETAIL what their HC plan is.

When as usual they can't say because they have NONE then point that out even if you have to yell it at them. Milque Toast BS.............
