President Obama's executive orders on the environment. It isn't like his discriminating immigration executive order.

Don't get me wrong, I hope they are able to find something to legally to stop it, but I don't think so.

Of course utilizing what was done with the ACA is good, but because it is an executive order I don't think it will have the same impact
