It seems the Trump doesn't want to cede the Rio Grande River to Mexico. So they are thinking about just seizing Mexican territory and building the wall there. That should work out well,for all involved.
No doubt Mexico will just say, "oh, ok, go ahead and take some (more) of our land. And sure, send us the bill".
