The Freedom Caucus votes as a bloc. Gutting EHBs was a goal of theirs, hence their support now. LonePirate May 2017 #3

vote against it to get the issue out of their lives. The $8 billion, while a pittance when talking about pre-existing conditions, must go against everything they purport to stand for.

I don't think any of them will vote against it now.

Went in that room. Did some arm twisting on the Tuesday group. To figure out which ones may have a chance at keeping their seat if the rnc tosses a whole lot of money their way. Looking at whether they are up for the 2018 elections or not in elections next year. The lucky few who they don't need the votes from they can go back and say I didn't vote for it. I think it will just barely pass.

Repubs wouldnt be out there saying they had the votes to pass it if they didnt. look at how the last vote went, they were saying they were "close" and then pulled it. If they're out there saying it will pass it will pass.

They'll pass something because they fear the humiliation of not doing so more than they fear the wrath of the voters from doing so.

IMO
most likely the vote will take place
and it will pass....

The Senate will then eventually kill it....

Headlines will promote big House KGOP victory ....
Which will be used as reference of success in 2018 KGOP campaigns.....
