Where would you start?
I keep thinking about Trump's tax issue, and how to prevent him from stonewalling again, should he somehow make it through until 2020. I'm certain the best way to do that would be to pass a law on a state level, precluding a presidential candidate from being on the state ballot if his tax info is disclosed. If enough (blue) states can get a law like that passed, it would keep Trump, or any other candidate, from pulling this bullshit again. So, my question, how do you start a ball like that rolling, on a local level? I really want to do something productive, and this seems like a start. Suggestions?
