1. Turtle McConnell blows up filibuster to get bill through senate.

2. GOP loses house in 2018.

3. Dems win Senate and presidency in 2020 and hold the house.

4. The new Dem majority passes single payer. The Dem prez signs the bill into law.

I know that it sounds crazy today, but there is literally nothing about it that's completely out of the realm of possibility.
