Do ALL Americans realize they are on Obamacare/ACA if they have insurance?

I dont think they do.

They may not take advantage or need to of the exchanges and subsidies, but every single health insurance policy in America is Obamacare.

Even Medicare is strengthened.

But if you have employer based health insurance, you are on Obamacare, did you know that?

I hope the republicans who vote for republicans know that.
