They break it and then yell that it's broken, so now they have to 'fix' it with horrible policies that only benefit their donors.

the provision in the ACA that provided subsidies to insurance companies to offset the losses they incurred by taking on high-risk patients who have higher health costs.

The Rs screwed them and they lost money.

Ergo, to cut their loses, they are pulling out of the ACA because they're not going to get screwed again. In the meanwhile, they are upping premiums to their customers to make up for the shortfall that was the result of Rubio and pals not funding the ACA as was mandated by law.

Marco Rubio snuck an amendment into a budget bill.
I believe it happened in Dec 2014 when Dems had majority in the senate
Obama signed the bill.
The NY Times reported it in Dec 2015.
I don't think Obama or the Democrats noticed this amendment.

Health Insurance need to be made extinct, except for maybe those who can afford it for things like private rooms...
