A State Department sub-agency's Twitter feed on Thursday retweeted an Ivanka Trump tweet promoting the first daughter's book, before undoing the action amid criticism.
The agency's Office of Global Womens Issues used its official Twitter account to retweet a Trump post showing her sister Tiffany Trump and sister-in-law Lara Trump reading "Women Who Work," ABC News reported.
Shortly after, the account took down its retweet after Twitter users criticized the move for promoting Trump family business interests.

Tweet/Retweet
Less than two weeks after a firestorm over a controversial blog post, the State Department found itself in hot water again on Thursday for publishing material that critics say promotes Trump family business interests.
The Twitter account for the departments Office of Global Womens Issues retweeted a post by White House senior adviser Ivanka Trump in which she touts her new book.
The Office of Global Womens Issues is a small division that seeks to promote the rights and empowerment of women and girls through U.S. foreign policy, according to the State Department. It is headed by an ambassador-at-large, but that role has been vacant under the Trump administration.
The retweet does not break any laws, ethics experts say, but it could violate federal rules against using public office to promote commercial products or using government resources, like Twitter accounts, for unauthorized purposes.
And the book was promoted on the government-funded news agency Voice of America
Ivanka Trumps new book, Women Who Work: Rewriting the Rules for Success, was promoted by government-funded news agency Voice of America on Tuesday, raising further concerns about the Trump familys conflicts of interest while inside the White House.

Once out of office, if we find out they have stolen the silver, I wouldn't be surprised.
