7. If a woman gives birth to a child with

pre existing conditions then the woman should go to jail for not taking care of herself and causing the baby to be born that way. It does not matter if they can not afford any help because it is entirely her fault even if the disability is from the mans side of the family. Maybe I should shut up. If rape treatment is a pre-existing condition, women (who already under-report due to police not believing them, prosecutors making the victim feel at fault, etc.) will now have a new worry of losing their insurance if they report. So rapists don't live in a news vacuum, they know this. If a rapist knows that a woman who was unlikely to report before is now even less likely, that is incentive for him to rape the same victim again.

The same holds true for domestic violence. This bill makes SA and DV more likely. The truly horrifying part is that it is likely true that fewer victims would report, causing "crime rates" to drop. Which the GOP & Trump would then point to as evidence that their policies were successful at reducing crime.

This is so horrible. They are so horrible. I have been pin-balling between tears and rage all day.

I have also been angry. I fear for women and girls. As for me I do not care about losing my insurance because of being raped because I have so many other pre existing conditions that disallow me to have the future insurance it does not matter. They claim they are Christians but when I did go to church I was taught that God was supposed to be loving not hateful. It is this attitude of hate that caused me to find Buddhism. I fear this country at this time, particularly for females and LGBTQ.
