Cinco de Mayo makes me look at things differently.
When eating a taco, burrito, or fajita (like tonight) I have to turn my head to the side.
It's like the Batman bad guy lair of food.

Of course, that's because it's wet as hell and is covered with cheese and sauce, but you'll have that! 
And still fits into a healthy diet, which STILL blows my mind.
