Some of the Flynn/Russia/Trump stuff is Intelligence related, some

must be criminal. At least, that's what I figured from Yates' and Clapper's testimonies today. That's why Yates knows things that Clapper does not and vice versa. It might be helpful to think of all the crap they pull and figure out what column it falls under for investigation.

Please correct me if I misunderstood this.
