Just in: From a highly placed source. Comey (as former Director) is testifying tomorrow/Thursday before Senate Committee in closed session.

2. Manchin was on CNN earlier and expected that he would still testify.

But CNN was just discussing how Comey would travel back to D.C. given that he was "fired" and normally travels on a special plane and whether he might have to make separate arrangements, etc.

and I would think they would (or already have) revoke some of his security clearances, etc., since the termination was "immediate". They don't play with that stuff.

The Thursday hearing is open (with multiple people testifying including him).
