Read the threads and posts here that are confident that we will prevail in this crisis. It will uplift you.

I'm 62 and I ain't going down without a fight.

We are all getting a good lesson in what our democracy means to us, and that we need to fight for it every day. I heard a great man say this Sunday night when he was awarded the JFK Profiles in Courage Award.

Will keep you in my thoughts ...

an existential crisis like Pearl Harbor, the Great Depression, the Cuban Missile Crisis or the Civil War. We will come through this, perhaps sooner than if it hadn't happened. It's a catalyst. Even some publicans are finally speaking out against tRump.

of influence for years. They now have complete power and have now "crossed the Rubicon."

They control administrations and legislatures throughout the country, and via gerrymandering and the whole suite of voter suppression policies they will maintain that control. Their minions control the military, the police, the press, the banks, and the pulpits.

Where is our leverage? And how can we exercise what little we have?

A civil war,one state taking up arms against another state is much much worse. We're going to have lots of noise & bumps, but this Union, our Union will survive this mess. We, as a people are better and longer lasting then that orange fool.

Sincerely!

I'm a fight or flight person tho. And I've been holding onto the FBI investigation being my fighting stronghold. While I like to think the House and Senate investigations will produce info, they can't DO anything, since it's really all along party lines.

I didn't trust Comey per se, but I trusted the process under him and the FBI overall. And now I feel like I'm just gonna watch someone put in his place who is just another Cheeto mouthpiece.

I'll drink my wine tonight and try to get my shit together and get back on the fighting track.

Thank you all!
