and building all the safeguards into the Constitution, the founding fathers never predicted as corrupt a regime as modern Rethugs have brought us with this congress and 45.

A constitutional crisis usually involves a deadlock between authorities.

The judicial is still the judicial. It's not been ignored.

The legislative still seems to have it's authority intact.

The executive is under turmoil. Now, perhaps all opposition will be kicked out--this is what a lot of people wanted Obama to do in decrying all the hold-overs from Bush II under Obama. But perhaps not.

It's premature panicking.

The most I have heard from Republicans is "troubling". But no real outrage or dismay. Republicans appear not to give a fuck.
