I can feel when mine raises or lowers more than 5 points/levels/what ever they are called, but Mr. Dixie was up to 200 over some other high level, had no clue until the optometrist took his pressure, as a matter of course, and brusquely ordered him to see a doctor that day.

11. Big difference compared to how he looks when meeting with others

Most of the other photos/video I've seen of Dump meeting with people show him sitting slumped in a chair, completely uninterested in what's going on in the room. As though it's a major pain in the ass for him to have to show up.

But look at him in these photos...standing, smiling, very engaged in the moment.
