6. You're correct, IMO. We're seeing the formation of an international

oligarchy. In the US, there is NO concern among the billionaires that the US Constitution may be disintegrating. They're all safely protected by their money, and that won't change. And they'd be just as happy with Putin as leader because Putin will let them keep their money.
