Am I the only one who still can't sleep?

Yesterday I had moments of feeling relieved, like something might be done about this crazy man in charge of our country. Today, listening to the Republicons talk I feel like nothing will happen. They will put a stooge in the FBI position, the Dems won't be able to do a thing to stop them. First thing this morning I saw one of the Trumpers at work and she was beaming , she said, see, you try to take him down and he comes back at your with "manly force"...lord I want to crawl in bed and never come out.

I can't fall asleep at night from being on the computer and watching Colbert into the wee hours. And the first thing I do when I wake up is check the phone for news updates.

I've been like this since November. I know I should take a break from it, but have trouble concentrating on anything else.

My husband has been taking the remote and changing the channel when I am watching something about Trump. He said he just ignores it, I just can't! I feel like we are heading over a cliff and I can't do anything to stop it.

If firing Comey was necessary for a coverup, it's already gone to far for Trump to be successful. A FBI agent dying in a freak accident is a coverup. Firing the Director of the FBI is making sure the passengers go down with the ship.

The Trumpers are not smart enough to understand that their very lives are in danger; therefore, they sleep just fine. They are trusting idiots.

It is those of us in tune enough to know the potential danger that are having problems sleeping. And that danger is real.

Please seek counseling. Again, you're not alone, and your feelings are entirely reasonable in our current ridiculous environment.

Just reading blogs and not watching news has kept my stress levels low since November. I get my news via reading. Though my hubby sneaks it on occasionally I have cut wAy back to every now and then.

Though my hubby demanded we watch a little last night. I was still able to sleep. It's a helpless feeling what's going on and I just hope that justice will catch up with the evil clown chump.
