to give trump's henchmen access to Comey's office.

In addition, it is naive to think that there would not be backups, and that other personal within the FBI would not be privy to that information.

Comey himself knows what information is contained is there, and because of that he is a witness.

Most important, the FBI isn't the only agency in the intelligence community who are involved in this. The CIA is also.

Trump's arrogance, and belief that he cannot be touched, are weaknesses. He has made a lot of powerful enemies, that would like to see him gone

time. I bet some critical stuff is safely entrusted to people in the dept he's know and trusted for many years. I would also bet that he left thumb drives with Asian Pop vidoes down loaded for the people who end up turning his office to fined. at least I would do that. which is one of the many reason why I would never be found in a job anywhere near the DoJ or FBI.

The moment Comey was fired the new guy is the Acting Director and all that material is officially his.
No one else has any legal authority to access it.

Red Don sent his bodyguard to deliver the pink slip. I mean what the hell. The man is worse than a boor; he's a thug.

I didn't think of the horse's head, but a number of others sure have.
