If you hate Louise, you'll really hate this! Hatch getting security briefings

https://patribotics.blog/2017/05/13/trumps-presidency-ended-may-9th-hatch-getting-security-briefings/

Exclusive: Several sources familiar with the matter say that Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah is being given security briefings to prepare him for the Presidency.

Sources close to the legal community indicate that matters are proceeding rapidly in the forthcoming proceedings to remove Donald Trump from office, and to indict the co-conspirators around him.

Sources with links to the intelligence community described a sense of both inevitability and urgency over the unraveling of the Trump-Pence administration over their attempts to obstruct justice. “Trump’s presidency ended May 9th,” said one source, referring to the overtly politicized dismissal of FBI Director James Comey.

Donald Trump and Mike Pence have both violated their oaths of office in plain sight over the unconstitutional dismissal of Director Comey, these sources say, and elements of the Judicial Branch are asserting the separation of powers described in the Constitution. This matter is separate from, and additional to, the substantive charges of collusion with the Russian state, and of money-laundering, sedition, violation of the Logan Act, and other crimes with which both Trump and Pence may be charged. As I exclusively reported earlier this week, Speaker Paul Ryan, normally third in the line of succession, will be excluded as the intelligence community has an intercept in which Ryan openly admits that he knew Sergei Kislyak was washing Russian money into the GOP. This will convict Ryan on RICO charges; as I have also exclusively reported this week, a RICO case exists against the GOP as a body. The raids earlier this week on a data and consulting firm close to Paul Manafort formed part of evidence gathering in this RICO case.

of impeachment, in addition to things like this about 45 being "removed from office."

There is one way and one way only that he gets impeached or "removed" and it takes the House drawing up and voting to approve articles of impeachment and the Senate then voting in the affirmative of his guilt of specific charges that rise to the level of impeaching him.

There is no secrete or magic individual or group of individuals, there is an insanely partisan (and many likewise compromised) asshole republicans who would not remove 45 or any R at this point in congress ...

Nixon was president. He had the authority to make the decisions he made. Pence had no authority.

Plus, the Saturday Night Massacre occurred in October 1973. It wasn't until February 1974 that the House authorized an impeachment investigation and it wasn't until July, that three (out of five) impeachment articles were approved by committee.

And remember, the Democrats had a solid majority in the House at the time.

We're a long ways off from Trump being removed from office and Mensch's recent report that Hatch is getting security briefings in anticipation of the imminent removal of Trump, Pence and Ryan is absurd.

I don't understand the objection to using Mensch's info as one of many information sources. And the longer she goes on, the more verifiable it all gets, because it's becoming public knowledge.

It's probably not because he'd end up president if Trump goes. Pence would become president and he would choose his VP unless Pence left first a la Agnes in which case Trump would choose a new VP and it could be pretty much anyone who qualifies.

If by some chance Trump AND Pence were to spontaneously combust then Ryan would be sworn in and he'd get to choose his VP. The only way at this time for Hatch to become president is if the all three before him went at the same time which has about as much chance happening as my living to be 100 given my health issues.

Line of Succession:
1 Vice President - Mike Pence (R)
2 Speaker of the House of Representatives - Paul Ryan (R)
3 President pro tempore of the Senate - Orrin Hatch (R)
4 Secretary of State - Rex Tillerson (R)

I don't know enough about Louise to like or dislike her but I take sources for news and info with a good lick of salt until proven and even I don't 100% trust anyone to be 100% accurate all the time. It's nice to have 'faith' but a touch or two of skepticism is smart and healthy IMO.

or know to be reliable....

So, for example, through my research I know that at least 2 Grand Juries have been convened and that they are both RICO & identified as having Diversity Jurisdiction ...
but only one is focused on RICO issues tied to violations of Foreign Agents Act

Multiple sources over time have indicated that audio of Ryan & McConnell exists.. re: discussion of knowing about GOP campaign funds being washed fluffed & folded

I also know that there have been two distinct arenas of investigational focus:
criminal and impeachable

This is simply the equivalent of investigational multi tasking....
Some "evidence" goes in one pile or the other
And some goes in both piles....

The post says ...
'separate from acts...for which Pence & Trump MAY be charged'
When referencing the potential oath of office violations (regarding separation of powers) associated with the firing of Comey given the ongoing investigations and underlying motivations behind the firing ....

So, when I evaluated the information, I found that
1. It was consistent with other information

2. It clearly indicates the potential for charges.. without asserting that charges are certain...

3. I recognize that The Source is passing along information as she received it...
and offering additional details to provide the context necessary to make sense of the new information.

4. She obviously has a source or two that have access to their country's IC data...
and she has consistently been ahead of domestic reports ....
Which makes sense given the fact that our own IC is relying heavily on foreign intell resources

Overall... it is quite likely that, given all of the other issues in play,
pence & trump screwed themselves royally
by firing Comey then lying about motives then revealing true motives.... as it is the true motives which are problematic....

But we each must engage in such informational analysis for ourselves rather than rely on the opinions of others......

About a dozen twitterers (including claude, schindler, mensch, the jester, eleventh, counterchekist, and more) are getting info and passing info - clearly with certain expertises, such as mad computer skills or intelligence connections. Keith Olbermann has placed faith in Claude Taylor. Taylor has faith in Louise Mensch, and so forth. MSM waits for corroboration, but most of these things have come to pass.

I'm certainly in the wishful thinking, but I'll believe it when I see it camp, but I have found these folks are verrry careful with language and careful to state when they are speculating rather than sourcing. Many folks have trouble with anonymous sourcing and I get that, but detective work goes better if an idea can be spurred by a speculation rather than there having been no spark at all. really must go back a few days and read hours of Twitter posts and articles
to assemble all the data. I'll believe it when i see it too. Basically, enough
indictments over the money trails that have been followed can clean house.
But, but, but, they actually have to happen for this to go anywhere, and
managing the shakeout politically, domestically, foreign would need to be
coordinated.

Britain has produced some of the very best political and mystery writers in the world,
perhaps because they are steeped in that culture of language and laws, the great
gifts of Britain to civilization. I think any line between reality and wishful thinking is
unknown at this point.

For example, links to whatever establishes that 2 grand juries have been established that are considering RICO violations by Trump himself as well as his associates.

Also, a link to whatever establishes that a grand jury is looking into non-criminal but "impeachable" actions would be useful.

29. Tump and Pence would have to be removed from office simultaneously for Hatch to be elevated.

If Trump removed, and Pence made President, he could quickly name a VP before he is removed from office. That VP would then become President.

Which would be in no mood to listen to Pence if Mensch's complex scenario unfolds,
if not only because he would no longer be in office.

A president can't be arrested before being impeached. If those that are his successors are charged with a crime they do not have to resign. They can do so after trial. It will take quite some time to bring this all to trial. For these reasons I can't believe that story.

Have you read the "about" link on this site? It doesn't even say who the "journalists" writing for it are. But they will take your paypal donation. I'm sure the cost of hosting a blog and wiring a few paragraphs every day is astronomical. Do you really believe some ex-UK Con has sources deep inside the government with knowledge of things like Hatch's security briefings? The link above doesn't even have a writing credit!!!

Put your wishful thinking aside and question the legitimacy of this. We laugh at Cons for listening to Alex Jones and complain that facts and proof mean nothing to them. Don't get in the same boat as them.
