Let's Hear Those "Tapes," Mr. Trump!
Trot them out, Donald. Send them over to one of the broadcast networks ABC, CBS or NBC. I'm sure they'll play them so we can all hear them. We'd love to get a glimpse into your White House conversations.
We'll listen for you asking for loyalty pledges, conspiring to deceive us, and all the other things you've been doing. We'll listen closely to see if we can hear former FBI Director Comey saying that you weren't being investigated.
You don't need to, you know, edit them or anything. Just send the raw tapes over, and the audio professionals at the networks will make sure we can hear everything clearly and loudly. They do that for a living and have all the equipment needed to broadcast them in high quality audio.
They won't lose any of the content, either. When they're done with them, they can send back the originals to you, so you can put them in your Presidential Library someday. Don't make the mistake Nixon did, by allowing an amateur to mess with the tapes. That can cause, you know, gaps and stuff.
We're looking forward to hearing what you have said in the White House in those recordings. It's history, you know. We love history. So, gather them up and send them on over so we can all hear your words and the words of others in the White House.
