That is the tort involved. Of course, details of tort law will vary from state to state so whoever is representing her should into that claim under NJ law.

Seriously, I don't know if she has grounds for a lawsuit but it sure looks like a hostile work environment to me.

He didn't like their privacy policy and started the process of switching to a more consumer friendly organization. We only have our children's savings accounts still there.

He's headed there over lunch to shut them down as well and will let them know why.

She should be able to sue for many reasons, including the loss of her democratic right to protest and speak her own mind. Imagine if this were to happen to all of us who protest what is going on. Scary as hell.

Good for the husband who is closing the children's savings accounts at noon. I would love to hear how that went. The only thing businesses will listen to is loss of income. Honor flew out the window a long time ago.
