remember Cheney outed a covert opperative without paying any price.

4. Although he is despicable, Cheney had friends in political circles & is much more intelligent than

Toot-toot Trumpet. I question if Toot-toot Trumpet has any friends ANYWHERE. A very needy, damaged individual. That's why the Ruskies have been able to play him like a fiddle.
