Idea for a reality TV show.

Failed wealthy NY businessman and his Eastern European wife move from the city to a rural, southern town that the husband is drawn to by it's name (Hooterville) to work on a farm and deal with the locals. The businessman does farm work in Chinese made three piece suits. His wife tries to sell gawdy overpriced jewelry to the local women, and in revenge, they teach her how to cook 'delicious American food' for her husband. He gets on the locals nerves with his plans to turn their fields into golf courses.

Episodes include him having to deal with the local Big Government agricultural agent, who is constantly trying to keep him from making a profit turning good crop acreage into putting greens.

When the IRS finds out that no one in town has been paying taxes, the businessman wins their hearts by convincing the IRS that the townspeople are owed refunds on the taxes they never paid, and that he will give them all "bigly paying" jobs after they build the golf resort "Greens Acres" for him on their family farmland.

His wife earns the trust of the women by telling them about a special "service" they can perform that she learned "in college" back in her home country that will convince their husbands to buy them her jewelry.
