New Republican Alternate Fact: Trump may have been JOKING!

You know how Trumpers liked to say throughout the campaign, "Oh, he was joking. He makes jokes."

Now there's a a rep on CNN saying, "Let's give him a chance. He's not a politician. He's only been in office a little over 100 days. Maybe if he said that to Comey, he was joking. You know how you make a joke, but when you read it on paper, it looks worse."

Congressman Comer? Gomer? Something like that.
