if you vote on a bill and then take it back and make all kinds of changes.........then you really didn't vote on the bill...........you voted on a unfinished draft of a bill.

oh my. So if I understand this, if they have cut enough coverage from the poor and most vulnerable that it saves at least 2 billion dollars, so they can give tax breaks to the most wealthy, based on the CBO report, they will need to cut more coverage until it does, and re-vote

Let me go out on a limb here.........

should be "will be forced" because the Senate is supposedly starting from scratch and taking bits and pieces from the House crap in order to create their own different piece of crap, and that is what the House would need to vote on, assuming some version passes the Senate. I.e., the House version of crap was DOA in the Senate.

Of course if they let go of their obsession with this and move on, they'll eliminate the need for any "forcing".
