Lieberman is special counsel at the law firm representing Trump

Zerlina Maxwell‏ @ZerlinaMaxwell
I REPEAT: Joe Lieberman is special counsel at the firm who represents Donald Trump.

I have not heard this fact uttered on my TV yet....

RiotWomenn‏ @riotwomennn
LOL I am laughing. Looked up where Joe Lieberman practices law, at the Kasowitz law firm. First image. Second image, their client: TRUMP

Anyway, remember that John Roberts worked for the law firm that represented Fox News - and I believe he was there at the time there was the lawsuit between Al Franken and Bill O'Reilly (I don't know that Robert worked on that case, but he'd have been a partner at the time).

The lawyers who wrote a letter saying President Trump had no significant business ties to Russia work for a law firm that has extensive ties to Russia and received a “Russia Law Firm of the Year” award in 2016.

Sheri Dillon and William Nelson, tax partners at the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, which has served as tax counsel to Trump and the Trump Organization since 2005, wrote a letter in March released by the White House on Friday stating that a review of the last 10 years of Trump’s tax returns “do not reflect” ties to Russia “with a few exceptions.”

Marc E. Kasowitz

Fox News executives have officially decided that O’Reilly will not return to the network and are interviewing replacements. Kasowitz says that O’Reilly is the victim of a character assassination campaign. One of Marc Kasowitz’s other famous clients is President Donald Trump himself.

A high profile case in which Marc Kasowitz represented Donald Trump came in 2016, when Trump threatened to sue The New York Times for publishing a story alleging that Donald Trump had groped a number of women over the course of several decades. In a letter to The New York Times, Kasowitz said that the Times’ report was reckless, defamatory, and libelous.

Another one of Marc Kasowitz’s clients is Russia’s largest state-run bank. In March 2017, OJSC Sberbank of Russia named Kasowitz its lead attorney

Kasowitz’s law firm is Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, and the “Friedman” is David M. Friedman. In 2016, Donald Trump announced that Friedman was his nominee for ambassador to Israel. Freidman’s nomination was controversial, especially after he said that the Trump administration would be open to Israel annexing parts of the West Bank.

Dems, even if you like him, he can't do it.
