because the cause of action - damage to their reputation - is personal and can't be brought by that person's family. However, they might be able to sue Fox/Hannity for something like intentional infliction of emotional distress, especially in light of Rich's parents' Washington Post essay in which they describe the pain inflicted on them by the baseless conspiracy theories about his death. It's quite possible Hannity's lawyers advised him to STFU because of this.

Had he any respect he would have suck fired a glock into his lying butthole licking cake hole long before now, as any awareness of human decency would have caused his brain to self destruct in a desperate attempt to eliminate the shit stain on the underwear of humanity that it found itself inhabiting.

I do believe they might have had a lawyer send an extra little note to Faux Nooze.

Chickenshit Hannity is hanging by thread.

That when FOX execs told him not to bring it up they were issuing valid instructions from an employer and that if he violated their instructions he would be fired with cause. Which means the remainder of his contract would have been sacrificed.

He is a sniveling little rat.

the veracity of Hannity's Seth Rich theory; all he has to do is ask Assange for proof that Rich sent the DNC's emails to Wikileaks. Assange's answer, one way or the other, doesn't prove who Rich's murderer is, but it would add some credence to Hannity's claim that Rich was murdered because he leaked the emails.

Hannity's failure to get Assange on the record tells me that Rich wasn't the leaker, despite
Assange's hint indicating thusly in an earlier interview.
