I think it's a dirty euphemism for a 'task' performed by people who work on the set of porn movies. "Fluffers" are people (women mostly I guess) who help the porn stud maintain his erection while the camera is temporarily turned off him or whatever. Nuff said I'm sure lol.

that I saw 30 years ago.

Geraldo Rivera was interviewing a bunch of porn stars on his show, including one who worked as a 'fluffer.' Knowing Geraldo, I'm sure he interviewed them all personally. Just to check that they were legit, you know?

Frankly, though, I have a lot more respect for people who make an 'honest' living MAKING pornography than I do for faux pundits who make a living PRETENDING to be outraged by it as an excuse to shove it in our faces. (Pun intended.)
