President Donald Trump is either fluent in Italian, or just flat-out didn’t give a shit what the Italian Prime Minister said at the G7 summit.

A viral video tweeted by BBC reporter James Landale shows Italian Prime Minister Paulo Gentiloni addressing fellow world leaders at the G7 summit in Sicily, with all but one world leader listening through translation earpieces. The camera pans across German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi, President Trump, and Niger President Mahamadou Issoufou. Everyone but Trump is wearing the standard earpiece, in fact he looks like he's actually sleeping..

There are so many very real things to be angry about with respect to Trump's actions on this trip (and in general).

The most pressing one, in my view, is that he is essentially doing exactly what Russia would want the US to do (i.e. distance itself from NATO).
