Did Trump let loose Russia/Hackers using Flynn/Kushner/WikiLeaks during Election?

Trump told Kushner to tell Flynn to Let Loose The Dogs! Meaning Let Loose Russian Hackers and all means necessary, at the same time Trump said on TV to Hack Hillary's Emails, so we even had the head of the FBI also give information he knew was false to downgrade Hillary. Nobody thought Trump would win but they never gave up thinking it would hurt Hillary no matter what, even if it takes Russian and hired hackers with WikiLeaks.

Give Flynn, a US General immunity and it will break loose the whole story. I think Flynn was under incredible stress to even having a nervous breakdown.

This is the only thing that makes any sense.

We don't know what they already have on Flynn and the others. Without knowing that, and a host of other factors, we are operating blind.
